1. What services do you offer for cats and dogs?

We look after your pet as if he was our own, making sure he is happy and reassured. We give him his meals, medication if needed, exercise three times a day—including ball throwing and walks—and lots of TLC.

2. Do you offer overnight stays for pets?

We only offer overnight stays; we don’t do doggy daycare.

3. How far in advance should I book my pet’s stay?

Depending on the time of year, but normally a few weeks prior, with the exception of Christmas time, which must be booked much further in advance.

4. What are your opening hours?

We open Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 1 PM and Saturday: 10 AM – 12 PM.

5. Are there any breed restrictions for dogs?

No restriction on breeds.

6. What vaccinations are required for my pet to stay at the kennel?

You need an up-to-date vaccination book, including the kennel cough injection.

7. Do I need to provide food for my pet during their stay?

Yes, we like you to provide your pet’s usual diet so as not to upset their routine.

8. Is there an extra charge for administering medication to my pet?

Yes, we have a small supplement for administering medication.

9. How often will my pet be walked or exercised?

Exercised three times a day. We have two exercise areas and a big area for walking our dogs out on a lead too.

10. Can I bring my pet’s bedding or toys?

You are welcome to bring your pet’s own blanket and toy.

11. Do you provide grooming services?

No, we don’t have a grooming service.

12. How do you ensure the safety of my pet?

Security is very high on our priority list to ensure your pet’s safety at all times during their stay.

13. What happens if my pet gets sick while staying at the kennel?

We have our vets on call 24 hours.

14. Can I visit my pet during their stay?

We do not recommend visits as this will unsettle your pet.

15. Are there any additional charges for extra services, such as walks or playtime?

No, this is included in the price.

16. What is the cost of boarding a pet?

You need to consult us for prices as they vary depending on how many pets you have and the length of stay.

17. Can you accommodate pets with special dietary needs?

Yes, we accommodate any dietary needs.

18. How do you handle emergencies?

In case of emergency, you will have left us a contact number, but if we are unable to reach you, we will deal with it immediately.

19. Can I book a long-term stay for my pet?

Yes, we have lots of experience with long-term stays.

20. Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services for my pet?

We offer collection and delivery service for a fee. This must be booked in advance.

21. How are the pets housed? Do they have individual kennels or shared spaces?

We house the pets each in their own private quarters, with the option to have playtime with other pets—but always with the owner’s permission.

22. Are pets grouped by size or temperament?

We house the small dogs separately from the large ones to ensure they feel safe. Cats are kept completely separate in a different building.

23. Do you offer a discount for multiple pets?

Yes, we have a discount for pets sharing accommodation.

24. Is there a minimum or maximum stay period?

Minimum stay of two nights.

25. What should I bring when checking in my pet?

On arrival, we will need an up-to-date vaccination book, proof of flea and tick treatment at least one week prior to the stay, their own food with instructions, and a blanket.

26. Are there any restrictions on the types of pets you accept?

Only cats and dogs.

27. How do you handle pet behavior problems?

I can’t really say we have had a problem with behavior. We have happy guests!

28. Can you accommodate pets with medical conditions or disabilities?

Yes, we can accommodate medical conditions, and we are also veterinary recommended.

29. Is there a cancellation fee if I need to cancel my booking?

We only have a cancellation fee for the Christmas period.

30. What happens if my pet is lost or escapes the kennel?

As we said earlier, security is our strong point—all areas are fully fenced with double doors. This has never been an issue.

31. Do you offer a webcam or live feed to check on my pet?

We offer updates and photos, but not daily.

32. Is my pet’s health covered by insurance while staying at the kennel?

You need to have your own personal insurance to cover anything your pet may need inside or outside of the kennels. A third-party pet insurance is law now in Spain.

33. How do you keep the kennel environment clean and hygienic?

The kennels and catteries are fully tiled and are cleaned daily to ensure hygiene.

34. Do you provide a social environment for pets to interact with other animals?

We use our exercise area to let them have playtime with other guests if you agree to it.

35. Are there any age restrictions for pets staying at the kennel?

Puppies must have had their first puppy vaccines.

36. What is your policy on aggressive behavior from pets?

The pets who stay with us are household pets, so aggression is a rarity.

37. Can my pet stay with other pets from the same household?

Yes, we have double chalets for sharing for both cats and dogs.

38. Do you offer a trial day for pets who are new to kennels?

You can come to visit with your pet and do a trial day if you please, but it normally takes a day or two for them to settle.

39. Can I extend my pet’s stay if needed?

We like you to keep in contact with us if possible, and if you need to extend their stay, letting us know would be sufficient.
